Afro American Ceremonial Flag Set
The Afro American Ceremonial Flag is also known as the Pan-African flag. the UNIA flag or Black Liberation Flag. The Afro American flag is a tri-color flag consisting of three equal horizontal bands colored red, black and green. The Universal Negro Improvement Association and African Communities League (UNIA) formally adopted the flag on August 13, 1920. The Declaration of Rights of the Negro Peoples of the World state this in Article 39. Also, countries and territories in Africa and the Americas have used variations of the flag to represent Pan-Africanist ideology. Additionally, various Pan African organizations and movements often adopt the flag’s colors for their activities.
