Montana Flag with Staff and Spear
Flags International is proud to offer this Montana Flag with Staff and Spear. The Montana state flag was adopted in 1905, and features the state seal centered in a blue field with “Montana” above the seal. The seal is a multi-colored landscape for which the official colors were only specified in 1981. The landscape shows the Rocky Mountains with a river flowing from the Great Falls of the Missouri River. A plough and ming implements in the foreground represent Montana’s agricultural and mineral rich environment. 4in x 6in flags come on a 3/16in x 10″ black plastic staff with gold spear tip finial. 8in x 12in flags are carefully hemstitched on all four sides for longer lasting beauty. 8in x 12in flags come on a 1/4in x 18in black wood staff with gold blunt spear finial.
