Description
What is a truck? It is the top part of the flagpole commonly known as the pulley. All flagpoles have specific trucks or pulleys that are better for their use. Smaller flagpoles or sectional flagpoles often use the eye-bolt and pulley system or a side mount pulley for the halyard (rope). Larger flagpoles use a truck unit that houses the pulley within its cast aluminum frame. Cap style trucks are great for use with the shorter poles and sectional flagpole she’s. These also make for easy conversions with shaft with damaged internal threads. All trucks for shaft with a top diameter up to 3-1/2 inch are attached with up to three (3) stainless steel set screws (included) depending on the size truck. Any larger shaft must be drilled and tapped with stainless steel bolts. All trucks have a top 1/2″ spindle thread to allow for your favorite finial to be applied to the flagpole. The ornament is secured with a stainless steel set screw.
Choose from Aluminum or Nylon Pulley.
