Illinois Flag
In 1915 the Daughters of the American Revolution were instrumental in organizing a competition for the design of the state flag. Some of their members designed the winning flag bearing the state seal. The seal consists of an eagle standing on a rock with a red ribbon bearing the state motto in its mouth. A shield bearing the Stars and Stripes leans on the rock and a laurel wreath. The flag is made of 100% nylon material. This authentic flag is finished to be durable for both residential and commercial use.
